1. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Eligibility Criteria –The following age criteria will be applicable and implemented in school for the Academic Session 2026-27:

| Pre-School/Nursery | 3+years upto 4 years (01/04/2022 to 31/03/2023) |
| KG | 4+years upto 5 years |
| Class 1 | 5+years upto 6 years |
A. Registration : Registration form can be downloaded or collected from the school on all working days fromThursday,04 December 2025 to Saturday, 27 December 2025 between 08:00 am to 1:00 pm on payment of Rs.25/- only.
B. Mandatory documents to be submitted along with the Registration form (Attested photocopies wherever necessary)
- Birth Certificate(issued by Municipal Corporation. Incase, name of child not mentioned on the Birth Certificate, please submit an Affidavit mentioning the name of child.)
- Aadhar card of the child & both parents
- Previous class report card (From class II onwards)
- Transfer certificate from the previous school(From class II onwards)
- Medical fitness certificate(MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE & BLOOD GROUP)
- PHOTOGRAPHS: 2 photos of the child and 2 for each parent
Note: In case of child with special needs – All documents related to the case history as per DOE requirement must be submitted at the time of admission.
- Documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parent/child:
- Ration card/smart card issued in the name of parents(Mother/Father having name of child).
- Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
- Voter I-card(EPIC) of any of the parents.
- Electricity bill/water bill/passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
